Construction and application of resilience evaluation index system for power industry chain
This paper introduces a holistic framework for assessing the resilience of the electricity supply chain, encompassing critical dimensions like stability, controllability, growth, and adaptability to ensure a thorough and precise evaluation. Leveraging the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), a multi-tiered, flexible analysis model for the electricity supply chain has been established. This model determines the weights of various indices to build a resilient evaluation system for the chain. The outcomes from the experiment indicate that the index system accurately captures the supply chain's resilience level, offering significant practical value in risk identification, recovering capability assessment, and guiding enhancement strategies.
