USE OF THE TEMPORARY COLOURED PETRY NETS FOR BETA VOLTAIC COMPLEX SIMULATION
The paper presents a simulation model of a software-defined betavoltaic complex, intended for its design and research in Internet of Things applications. It is proposed to use temporary Petri nets as a simulation tool. An algorithm of a betavoltaic complex operation, which principle is based on program control implemented through a programmable microcontroller, is presented. As one of the options for betavoltaic complex implementation, a circuit with a block-functional structure, is proposed. The freely distributed software product CPN Tools version 4.0.1 was used as a software tool for constructing a temporary colored Petri net. In order to test the model, a software-configurable betavoltaic complex test bench was developed. The control logic of the microcontroller of the test bench was implemented based on the developed simulation model. The creted simulation model allows to design and study the amplification circuit and microcontroller logic to control the operation of a software-configurable betavoltaic complex intended for power supply of low-power systems.
