Simulation study of matrix converters in variable speed constant frequency wind power generation
To address the complexity of control strategies for matrix converters during the grid connection process of wind power systems, a switching matrix control strategy based on a procedural method is proposed for doubly-fed wind turbines during grid connection. This method significantly simplifies the control process of matrix converters while achieving AC-AC frequency conversion in power systems. Finally, the proposed method is analyzed through simulations in Simulink, and the results verify its feasibility and effectiveness.
