Становление социальной политики на автомобильном транспорте РСФСР в период Гражданской войны

The article studies the process of formation of social policy in auto-transport of the RSFSR during the Civil War. This article based on archival data, many of which were introduced into scientific circulation for the first time, the historical prerequisites for the formation of social policy at auto-transport enterprises were considered; industrial, technical and sanitary working conditions, the economic situation of workers, their nutrition and housing provision were analyzed. The authors focused on the process of forming key areas of social investment and benefits development in the industry, which is an integral historical period. Special attention is paid to the specifics of state policy in the field of social policy development. As a result of the study, it was concluded that the foundations of the social infrastructure had been successfully formed, which was created in parallel with the automotive industry itself. It was thanks to the successful adaptation of car manufacturing enterprises to the extreme conditions of wartime, achieved mainly through the work of trade unions, that it was possible to retain skilled labor.
