Macroeconomic Analysis of the Integration Between Finance and the Sports Industry
The integration of finance and the sports industry drives global economic growth. This study examines how financial capital, innovation, and market dynamics reshape the sports sector through macroeconomic analysis and empirical case studies. Investment trends, policy frameworks, and technological advancements from 20182023 reveal key challenges and opportunities. European private equity investments in sports reached 48 billion, while blockchain platforms like NBA Top Shot generated over $1 billion. However, persistent disparities in policy support and capital accessibility hinder small and medium-sized enterprises. The findings highlight the necessity for adaptive regulations and cross-sector collaboration to maximize financial-sports synergies. This research provides actionable insights for policymakers and investors to foster sustainable development in the sports economy.
