Pendampingan Implementasi Rekam Medis Elektronik dengan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Klinis di UPTD Puskesmas Pimping

This study aims to examine the impact of implementing electronic medical records (RME) in increasing the effectiveness of the work of medical recorders at the Pimping Community Health Center UPTD. Assistance in implementing Electronic Medical Records (RME) with the Clinical Decision Support System (SPKK) at the Pimping Community Health Center UPTD aims to increase recording efficiency, diagnostic accuracy and patient data security. The community has the right to obtain quality and affordable health services. One effort to realize quality health services is electronic medical records. The RME application is expected to be integrated between health services and have a function as clinical decision support. RME also plays a role in easing the workload of medical recorders and speeding up the recording process. However, there are obstacles such as server problems.
