CONCEPTUAL MODEL OF ORGANIZATIONAL SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
In the context of growing importance of sustainable development for business and society, conceptual models serve as essential tools for systematizing and implementing principles of corporate social responsibility. This article aims to develop a conceptual model of organizational sustainable development that can be adapted to the specific activities of different companies. The study examines the concept, essence, and principles of sustainable development, and identifies key approaches to building sustainability models. The proposed model integrates a goal-setting core, stakeholder analysis, strategy, programs and projects, modern methods and technologies, as well as information technology support and continuous monitoring. The necessity of forming transparent non-financial reporting to ensure effective interaction with stakeholders is substantiated. The results of the study can be applied to enhance the effectiveness of sustainable development management in corporate practice and serve as a foundation for further scientific and practical developments.
