HUMAN ORGASMOSPERMOPHARMACOLOGY. JUSTIFICATION OF THE RELEVANCE OF THE ORIGINAL APPROACH IN THE CONTEXT OF DEMOGRAPHIC PROBLEMS OF THE RUSSIAN STATE AND FAMILY

Background. The project "Human Orgasmospermopharmacology" is an original scientific approach that combines innovative solutions for the prevention, diagnosis and correction of orgasm and sperm quality in the context of the most important issues of our country - increasing the birth rate and facilitating the conception of children. The aim: to scientifically substantiate the relevance of our innovative approach to assessing ejaculate parameters in the context of the demographic problems of the Russian state and family. Materials and methods. It has been shown that humanity's knowledge of sperm viscosity is very limited. The solution proposed by the authors is described. We launched into production the funnel with a volume of one milliliter, having a diameter of the outlet opening of 1,5 mm – "Lobkarev's sperm viscometer". Patients use it at home according to the instructions: during the first minute after ejaculation, fill this funnel with sperm, place it horizontally and record the time during which this sperm viscometer is completely emptied. Results and conclusions. We have substantiated the relevance of an innovative approach to assessing a number of ejaculate parameters at the current stage of scientific development. Of course, we are convinced that these values will be adjusted as primary material accumulates.
