Age range of the subjects was 35 to 45 years (Mean- 2.733). All subjects were sedentary women. Data were taken through a questioner of Perceived Stress Scale (Sheldon Cohen). Statistical procedure was done by SPSS version no 26.0.Finding: The study revealed significance effects of cyclic meditation on perceived stress scale in middle aged women (t=5.021; p<0.05). But the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were insignificance. Conclusion: The study may indicate that cyclic meditation may reduce perceived stress as well as heart rate of middle aged women.
