SOME ASPECTS OF LIPID CHANGES IN PATIENTS WITH INTESTINAL POLYPS
Actuality. Ecosystem is a complex intestinal epithelial cells, immune cells of intestinal neurons intestinal microflora and nutrients. It is the basis for the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract and the body in general. One of important component of this system is a short chain fatty acid (FA). They are produced primarily by anaerobic bacteria that dominate the composition of intestinal microflora. All of diseases peculiar to certain changes in the intensity of lipid peroxidation (LPO). The main with substrate of LPO is phospholipids membranes. When the hydrolysis of phospholipids are formed lyso-compounds and fatty acids (FA).The most are sensitive to LPO is linoleic FA (C18:2) and arachidonic FA (C20:4).
