EFEKTIVITAS PENDEKATAN KONTEKSTUAL DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PAI: ANALISIS LITERATUR TERHADAP TANTANGAN ERA DIGITAL

The contextual approach (Contextual Teaching and Learning/CTL) in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning presents an opportunity to improve students' understanding of religious values ​​that are relevant to everyday life. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the contextual approach in PAI learning, especially amidst the challenges of the digital era. Through the literature review method, this study found that the contextual approach is able to increase student engagement and the relevance of teaching materials, although there are obstacles in terms of technological readiness and teacher adaptation. Strategic recommendations are provided to optimize the implementation of this approach, in addition to teacher training and technology integration in learning. as well as collaboration between all parties, both schools, families, government and private parties to create a supportive learning environment.
