UM ESTUDO SOBRE AS MULHERES AUTUADAS PELA DIVISÃO ESTADUAL DE NARCÓTICOS DO ESTADO DO PARÁ

The present study aims to understand how women have been involved in drug trafficking in the state of Pará. To this end, it analyzes the records of arrests in flagrante delicto registered by the specialized unit responsible for combating this crime. Having said this, when verifying the profile of the women arrested, the data collected was taken into account together with the national panorama of female incarceration due to involvement in drug trafficking. In terms of methodology, this study is quantitative in nature and is based on the analysis of data provided by the Deputy Secretariat, the body responsible for consolidating public safety figures in the state. In conclusion, it was found that in the state of Pará, the characteristics of the women charged follow the national profile already observed in several studies on the subject.
