Sensitization of the balanced potential of an enterprise in crisis conditions
The article analyses modern scientific research on the problems of crisis conditions in the economy to systematize key aspects and formulate recommendations for reducing the negative consequences of existing crises. An actual characterization of modern crises, such as infrastructure, financial, personnel, and social, is given. It is emphasized that crisis conditions are a significant challenge for the economy, but also an incentive for innovation, management optimization and development of new strategies. In order to create a logical relationship between the pair of crisis and balanced potential, the article presents the components of the potential of an energy and oil and gas enterprise with an emphasis on their elements. The impulses (incentives) to develop the enterprise's potential cause a certain reaction of its individual components, which are sensitive to various external and internal stimuli. The etymology of the concept of “sensitization” as a process of increasing the sensitivity of an enterprise to a certain stimulus is studied. The factors (stimulants and destimulants) that cause sensitization of economic systems in the energy and oil and gas sectors are allocated. It is emphasized that it is possible to assess the level of sensitization to changes using traditional methods of assessing the sustainability of an enterprise, in particular, financial analysis and risk analysis. A list of the main aspects of risk analysis for energy and oil and gas enterprises is formed.
