Through the interview method, the level of formation of the content components of the basics of sanitary and hygienic skills, a healthy lifestyle of schoolchildren was determined. As a result of the study, the need to create special pedagogical conditions has been identified so that children form a holistic view of health and consolidate the necessary skills. In this regard, it is possible to organize elective component classes and involve specialists from centers of healthy lifestyle.
