FEATURES OF THE MODERN RUSSIAN-LANGUAGE DETECTIVE STORY IN THE LITERATURES OF THE PEOPLES OF RUSSIA (SH. IDIATULLIN, I. KHANIPAEV)

The modern texts of the detective genre in the literatures of the peoples of Russia, on the one hand, continue the traditions of native literatures, transmitting and revealing elements of national culture, everyday life, beliefs, and on the other hand, Russian-language creative works significantly expand the readership, and the works themselves correspond to modern trends in Russian literature (visualization technique, the scenic nature of the text, the use of social networks, etc.). In this context, the focus of our attention is on detective novels by modern Russian-speaking writers: «Until February» (2023) by the Tatar writer Sh. Idiatullin and “Cold Eyes" (2022) by the Avar writer I. Khanipaev, where both artistic features of modern literature (historicism, photography, visualization, etc.) and elements of national culture, religion, and the mentality of the peoples of the Russian Federation are revealed in this way, as well as acute issues of the modernity of national culture are raised (ignorance of languages, poor knowledge of ethnocultural, confessional characteristics and national cultural specifics, etc.).
