Analysis and generalization of the Russian practice and international experience results in the development of digital transformation areas

The analysis of the current state and pace of development of information technologies, government programs, platforms and projects aimed at digital transformation of business is carried out; the main trends in the development of these areas of economic activity are considered; conclusions are formulated. The problems that have arisen as a result of sanctions pressure and restrictions from other countries, and ways to solve them, are presented. The main aspects of the introduction and development of digitalization of industrial enterprises and corporations as independent production systems are considered, which are the main conditions for the implementation of sectoral innovation activities of the national economy of the modern state. The analysis and generalization of the results of Russian practice and international experience in the development of digital transformation is carried out. The main approaches of domestic and foreign scientists to this definition are investigated, and the prospects for the development of the “digitalization of a modern industrial enterprise” direction are outlined. It is noted that a number of authors in their research on the development of the digital transformation of economic activity pay special attention to government regulation, regulatory relations, optimization of business processes, qualifications of workers and management personnel. The generalization of the research materials, as well as the differences in approaches to digital transformation between domestic and foreign experience, are summarized in a table, as a result of which the author's definition of the digital transformation of economic activity, as well as the digital transformation of business processes of industrial enterprises, is given in accordance with the relevant aspects of its use. The division of directions in the issue of terminology is argued. The author's models of digital technology implementation are presented in accordance with the analyzed directions of information products implementation.
