METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO THE TRAINING OF EDUCATIONAL PSYCHOLOGISTS

The article describes new approaches to modeling of basic higher education in the framework of a pilot project in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 343 of May 12, 2023 “On some issues of improving higher education in Russia in 2023-2026”. Methodological approaches to the design of educational programs for training of teachers-psychologists (psychologists in education) in the direction of “Psychological and pedagogical education”, which are in demand by the educational system, are revealed. The article presents the mechanisms and conditions of constructing of the effective pedagogical process with integration into the educational space, based on the axiological approach as a system of significant ideas, attitudes and values, ensuring a balance of fundamental and practice-oriented training of specialists.
