Research on the Design Decision of Young People's Home Intelligent Fitness Products Based on the Integrated Model of AHP-Flow Theory
Objective: Under the dual context of the post -pandemic era and the Healthy China Strategy, young people's home fitness demands have diversified and become increasingly intelligent. However, existing products face issues such as ambiguous functional priorities and fragmented user experiences. This study aims to construct a scientific design decision -making framework to optimize the demand -response capabilities of home fitness products. Methods: Integrating multidisciplinary knowledge from design psychology, ergonomics, exercise physiology, and computer science, this research employs field surveys, questionnaires, data statistics, comparative analysis, and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to deeply analyze contemporary youth fitness needs. By combining AHP with Flow Theory (FT), a three -stage research path of "Demand classification–Weight quantification-Priority decision -Making" is established. The hierarchical sampling questionnaire was used to construct a judgment matrix to quantify the weight of functional modules. Based on the model coefficient, the dynamic balance point between the attraction demand and the basic demand is determined. Results: The integrated model of AHP -Flow Theory breaks through the single dimension limitation of traditional demand analysis and provides a dual -track framework of "quantitative decision - emotional adaptation" for the design of home fitness products. The research results can provide theoretical support for the differentiated development of intelligent fitness equipment, and help the healthy China strategy in household scenarios.
