Construction of the Digital Literacy Evaluation Index of College Counselors Based on the Web

Colleges and universities have continuously reformed in the training and management of counselors, but the management and quality training have not been effectively combined, especially in the evaluation system. At present, counselor evaluation mainly relies on semi-manual methods and does not make full use of information technology. This paper proposes a web-based counselor evaluation management information system, using B/S architecture, combined with C# and SQL Server development, to support user rights management, data processing and report generation. The system includes counselors and student modules, which provides quantitative and qualitative analysis for the work evaluation of counselors through the data of award evaluation, funding, and disciplinary punishment.
