Pelatihan Santripreuner Melalui Pengenalan Digital Marketing Untuk Santri Pondok Pesantren Al-Ma’shum Japun Agung

Pondok pesantren, as traditional Islamic educational institutions, play a strategic role in shaping the character and skills of their students. To address the challenges of globalization and technology, students need to be equipped with digital entrepreneurial skills, particularly in digital marketing. A Santripreneur training program based on the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach was conducted at Pondok Pesantren Al-Ma’shum Japun Agung over 21 days. The training aimed to enhance students' understanding of digital marketing, including the use of social media, creative content creation, and online marketing strategies. The results demonstrated significant improvement in students' skills, as they became more confident in utilizing technology to support their businesses. The program also addressed challenges such as the lack of financial reporting knowledge, which previously hindered their access to financial institutions. By integrating Islamic values with the local context, the training not only empowered students individually but also improved the competitiveness of the pesantren. This initiative is expected to foster independent students who can contribute to local and national economic development.
