Design and Implementation of a Responsive Personal Scheduler Hybrid System

This paper presents the design and implementation of a new web-based platform that integrates personal schedule management and community features to address the limitations of existing systems, which typically focus on only one of these aspects. In response to the growing importance of efficient time management and information sharing in the digital era, the proposed system adopts a hybrid approach by combining front-end and back-end development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.The proposed responsive design and modal-based UI built with the Bootstrap framework allows users to interact with the system without unnecessary page transitions, enhancing usability and efficiency.Key features include CRUD-based community boards, announcement posting, user role-based permission management, session-based login, and secure password encryption. The relational database is organized into four main tables users: events, community posts, and notices, structured to store and manage user-centered data efficiently. The system effectively enabling integrated management of schedules and information within a single platform. The intuitive user experience and structured design contributed to increased user satisfaction. In future work, we will focus on enhancing the platform with mobile device compatibility, real-time notifications, collaborative tools for team-based scheduling and communication, and further improvements in system scalability.
