Multidimensional Optimization of Chinese Online K12 Education Platforms Based on AHP-CRITIC

With the rapid development of digital education, K12 online education platforms have become key tools for promoting educational equity and personalized learning. However, many platforms still lack clear guidance for course optimization and specific strategies informed by evaluation results. This study addresses this gap by constructing a scientific and systematic evaluation system for assessing course quality on K12 platforms. It identifies critical indicators and optimization directions, offering theoretical insight and practical guidance to enhance teaching effectiveness and improve user experience. To this end, this study combines the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Criteria Importance through the Intercriteria Correlation (CRITIC) method to build a course quality evaluation system for K12 online education platforms.A core evaluation index system covering course content, instructional design, technical support, and interactive experience was determined through a literature review and expert interviews. The AHP method was used to obtain subjective weights based on expert judgment, and the CRITIC method was employed to calculate objective weights.A comprehensive weighting system was constructed to enhance the scientific rigor and objectivity of the evaluation results. The research findings indicate that the scientific accuracy of course content (B1) 0.1346, the diversity of learning resources (B4) 0.1252, and teacher professionalism (B11) 0.1109 are core factors affecting course quality.Based on these findings, this study proposes strengthening teacher training and instructional management, optimizing course interaction models, and dynamically adjusting teaching strategies through learning data analysis to enhance teaching effectiveness. This study provides a quantitative basis for course quality evaluation of K12 online education platforms and offers clear directions for future platform optimization. It is of great significance for promoting the quality improvement of the online education industry, fostering educational equity, and advancing the intelligent development of education.
