Impact of Middle-aged Women's Lifelong Education Participation Motivation on Learning Satisfaction and Quality of Life
This study aims to verify the effect of middle-aged women's participation motivation in lifelong education on learning satisfaction and Quality of life. The study subjects were 200 learners from lifelong education institutions in U City and Y City, Gyeonggi Province.Out of 200 research data, 189 copies were collected, excluding 11 copies that were insincerely answered and used for research analysis. As an analysis method, reliability analysis, factor analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, descriptive statistics, and regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 23.0 statistical program. The results of the study are as follows.First, among the sub-factors of participation motivation of middle-aged women learners, activity orientation and goal orientation had a statistically significant positive (+) effect on Quality of life.At the beta value, activity orientation had a greater effect on Quality of life than goal orientation at 0.318.Second, among the sub-factors of participation motivation of middle-aged women learners, activity orientation, goal orientation, and learning orientation were found to have a statistically significant positive (+) effect on learning satisfaction.Looking at the beta value, goal orientation had the greatest influence on learning satisfaction at 0.272.Third, as a result of analyzing the effect of learning satisfaction on Quality of life, it was found that learning satisfaction had a statistically significant positive effect on Quality of life. This study revealed that participation motivation and learning satisfaction were the main variables for the Quality of life of middle-aged female lifelong education learners, confirming that they are important for improving the Quality of life of lifelong education learners. In addition, it was confirmed that learners' participation motivation in lifelong education institutions had a positive effect on learning satisfaction.Based on these research results, it is necessary to operate various educational programs that utilize the sub-factors of participation motivation to improve learning satisfaction and Quality of life.
