The principle of legality and its civil law implementation in virtual network communities

The article analyzes one of the fundamental, basic principles of law — the principle of legality. The authors conducts a theoretical analysis through the paradigm of legal relations arising on the Internet, in relation to social networks and virtual network communities arising on their basis, which today are not only relevant, but also problematic in the context of social platforms for solving numerous issues. A special place in the article is given to the concept of a network community, the essence of a virtual network society is revealed, the role and nature of the relationship between members of the network community, for whom the Internet and the virtual network community become a vital habitat, activity which should be carried out exclusively from the point of view of the principle of legality and responsible behavior.
