Impact of using S.A.Q exercises to develop some special abilities of 50-meter javelin throwers

Sports training is the cornerstone in developing athletes and bringing them to the podium by contributing with other sciences through scientific experiments that have proven that what sports training has achieved in terms of technical development at the scientific level and its connection to the theories of other sciences and their rules upon which it relies in its knowledge, information and various methods. As it has become an interconnected mixture of other sciences and the seeds of this science have appeared in scientific references that have achieved great qualitative leaps in the sports field. The current research aims to prepare exercises using the Sakio training method for javelin throwers, category 50. The researcher used the experimental method because it is suitable for the nature of the research and because it is characterized by precision and control of variables. The research community consisted of players of the Maysan Governorate National Team for the Deaf and Mute in Futsal 2021, numbering (10) players. The research sample consisted of (8) players, who were selected randomly and irregularly. They were divided into two groups, one experimental and the other control, with (4) players for each group. The results showed that the experimental group outperformed the control group in all specific physical tests with statistically significant differences. This indicates the superiority of the training curriculum based on the Sakyu method, which led to the development of specific physical abilities.
