RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OF ENTERPRISE
The article investigates the issue of effective resource management in a woodworking enterprise under modern economic conditions. The main types of resources used in the woodworking industry are identified, including material, labor, financial, and energy resources. The importance of optimal resource allocation and utilization to ensure sustainable development of the enterprise is emphasized. The article discusses the main challenges faced by enterprises in the industry, including inefficient use of raw materials, labor shortages, energy risks, and financial risks. The necessity of process optimization in the context of fullscale war is also highlighted. An analysis of scientific approaches to optimizing resource management is conducted, specifically the application of resource efficiency concepts, circular economy principles, and digital transformation of production processes. It is determined that the implementation of modern technologies, such as automated production management systems (ERP systems), digital twins, artificial intelligence algorithms, and big data, contributes to increasing resource utilization efficiency. The article also explores the introduction of advanced technologies into the wood processing process and the potential for waste recycling in the production cycle. The main strategic directions for improving resource management efficiency are outlined, including the implementation of innovative control and planning methods, their integration into production processes, the use of alternative energy sources, and waste minimization. Particular attention is paid to the role of digitalization in creating flexible resource management systems, which enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the industry. The conclusion is made that effective resource management is a key factor in increasing the competitiveness of woodworking enterprises, reducing production costs, and ensuring their sustainable development. The proposed approaches can serve as a foundation for developing enterprise strategies in the context of current market challenges and environmental requirements.
