The Impact of International Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) Standards on the Real Estate Market in the Economies of the CIS Member States
The proposed article examines the economic risks arising in the real estate markets of the CIS countries, caused by the negative processes of money laundering and terrorist financing. The impact of international standards in the field of AML/CFT on this sector of the economy of the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) is assessed.
