Exploration into the Teaching Design of Multivariate Statistical Analysis Course Based on the OBE Concept

基于大数据背景下应用型、创新型人才培养的需求，分析多元统计分析课程特点和当前课程教学中存在的问题，提出以OBE理念为指导的课程设计框架。设计相关辅助教学案例，借助常用SPSS统计软件，利用理论介绍和实际案例分析相结合的方法，探讨了基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念的多元统计分析课程教学设计。通过明确学习成果、优化教学内容、创新教学方法、构建多元化评价体系等措施，构建了以学生为中心、以能力培养为导向的教学模式。实践结果表明，基于OBE理念的课程设计能有效提高学生的学习效果和综合能力，为统计类课程教学改革提供了新的思路。Based on the demand for cultivating applied and innovative talents in the context of big data, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the multivariate statistical analysis course and the existing problems in current course teaching. It proposes a course design framework guided by the Outcomes-Based Education (OBE) philosophy. By designing relevant auxiliary teaching cases and utilizing the commonly used SPSS statistical software, the study combines theoretical introduction with practical case analysis to explore the teaching design of the multivariate statistical analysis course based on the OBE concept. Through measures such as clarifying learning outcomes, optimizing teaching content, innovating teaching methods, and constructing a diversified evaluation system, a student-centered, competency-oriented teaching model is established. Practical results show that the OBE-based course design effectively enhances students’ learning outcomes and comprehensive abilities, providing new insights for the reform of statistics-related course teaching.
