ANALYSIS OF EXPERIENCE IN IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECT-BASED LEARNING USING THE CASE ENGINEERING METHOD IN THE TRAINING OF ENGINEERING PERSONNEL FOR DEFENSE INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES IN MOSCOW AND ST. PETERSBURG
The article summarizes and systematizes the authors' experience in developing and conducting engineering case studies for career guidance work with school students, target-admission university students, and engineering and technical specialists of defense industry enterprises in Moscow and St. Petersburg. The developed approaches were tested between 2016 and 2024 as part of the All-Russian career guidance forums «ProeKTOriYA» (formerly «Future Intellectual Leaders of Russia») and the project-based educational programs «Big Challenges» at the Sirius Educational Center. Additionally, these approaches have been integrated into the educational process of the ANO DPO NOC VKO «Almaz – Antey» named after academician V.P. Yefremov, the FGOOU VO BSTU «VOENMEKH» named after D.F. Ustinov, and the NOC of JSC Obukhov Plant. The study was carried out with the support of the Section on International Problems of Science and Education of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.
