Activities of the competence centers of the National Technology Initiative, created on the basis of Universities and scientific organizations, for the scientific and technological development of the country and regions

The article examines the results and problems of implementing a number of projects for technological development, creation and diffusion of key technologies within the paradigm of Russia's acquisition of technological sovereignty. The study is based on the example of the activities of the NTI Foundation, which implements a program for selecting and supporting NTI centers based on Russian universities and research organizations.
