DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF HOUSING AND COMMUNAL SERVICES IN MODERN CONDITIONS

In this article, the author analyzes the process of digital transformation of the housing and communal services sector. Various aspects related to the introduction of digital technologies into the operation and management of enterprises in this industry are being investigated. The main problems faced by housing and communal services enterprises in the process of digital transformation are identified, including the lack of funds for the implementation of digital solutions, the fragmentation of the implementation of solutions, the uneven distribution of digital initiatives by region, as well as the discrepancy between the competencies of industry personnel and the new digital realities. Tariff policy reform, unification of platforms and technologies for data collection and processing in the housing and communal services sector, as well as training and advanced training of personnel are proposed as possible solutions. An integrated approach to the digital transformation of housing and communal services is emphasized in order to achieve effective management and high quality of housing and communal services provided to citizens.
