However, its rapid development has also exposed multiple compliance risks, including criminal violation risks, civil infringement risks, and administrative violation risks. The causes of these risks mainly include the weak legal awareness of operators, unclear definition of platform responsibilities, lagging governance mechanisms, and fragmented regulatory systems. To address these issues, a comprehensive compliance governance framework should be established, covering enhancing the legal literacy of market entities, establishing a unified and efficient cross-departmental regulatory system, clarifying the compliance responsibility boundaries of platforms, promoting the construction of intelligent regulatory platforms, and marketing regulatory mechanisms. The aim is to promote the healthy and orderly development of the cross-border e-commerce drop-shipping model.
