Research on the Support Mechanism for Youth E-Commerce Entrepreneurship from the Perspective of Social Work

In the context of rapid development of the digital economy, e-commerce has become an important carrier for young entrepreneurs due to its low threshold, wide coverage, and flexibility. However, young entrepreneurs still face problems such as uneven access to resources, insufficient skills, difficulties in financing, and high psychological pressure. This study explores the support mechanism of e-commerce for youth entrepreneurship from the perspective of social work. Research has found that although current e-commerce entrepreneurship support policies, training systems, and ecosystems are gradually improving, issues such as information asymmetry, high technological barriers, funding shortages, and insufficient social recognition are constraining the sustainable development of youth entrepreneurship. Social work can build a systematic support mechanism by integrating resources, empowering vulnerable groups, and promoting fairness, including optimizing government financial and tax subsidies, improving e-commerce training, expanding financing channels, and strengthening psychological counseling services. This can help enhance the competitiveness and risk resistance of entrepreneurs.
