Street Outreach Offices: Action Plan for the Team's Work Supported by the Maguerez Arch

The literature has scarcely explored the practices of Street Outreach Office teams, highlighting the need to publicize and enhance their work. This study aimed to develop an action plan for the work of a Street Outreach Office team, based on problematization supported by the Maguerez Arch. Developed in a descriptive and participatory manner, it involved the team of a Street Clinic in a city in the state of São Paulo. The problematization allowed for critical reflection and identification of weaknesses in the work process, which led to the development of an action plan. The results provide an understanding of the role, activities, actions, strategies, and challenges faced by these workers in offering comprehensive care, supported by longitudinality and networking.
