Annihilation of NMSSM neutralinos and branching ratios, particle decay channel of lightest CP odd, even Higgs in NMSSM
The Next-to-Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (NMSSM), integrated with the constrained mSUGRA framework, inherently predicts a light dark matter component consistent with current Higgs data, sparticle-mass constraints, dark matter limits and the muon [Formula: see text] anomaly. We perform a comprehensive analysis of neutralino dark matter within this framework, evaluating its capture and annihilation rates in the Sun and exploring detection prospects through neutrino experiments. This study considers data from neutrino observatories such as IceCube and Super-Kamiokande, which provide upper limits on the neutrino flux relevant to the decay channels under investigation. The study highlights how the neutralino composition and annihilation pathways influence detection strategies. Additionally, we reassess branching ratio limits for lepton flavor-violating decays ([Formula: see text], [Formula: see text]) in light of constraints from [Formula: see text]. Constraints on muon, photon, positron and antiproton fluxes are calculated with universal recalibration coefficients, independent of experimental specifics. Our analysis delves into the distinct energy distribution of muons from dark matter annihilation, comparing upward and contained flux scenarios, while considering implications of neutrino flavor dependence. Finally, we examine the decay channels and annihilation mechanisms of the lightest supersymmetric particle ([Formula: see text]), including contributions from [Formula: see text], and various quark and lepton species, shedding light on funnel-annihilation mechanisms and concealed Higgs decay in the NMSSM.
