Real-life experience using topical chlormethine gel in the treatment of stage IA to IVA2 mycosis fungoides: a single-centre experience of 66 patients

Topical chlormethine gel is an antineoplastic alkylating agent licensed in the UK as Ledaga in August 2021 for early-stage mycosis fungoides (IA, IB and IIA). We present real-life data on the use of topical chlormethine gel in our cohort of 66 patients with mycosis fungoides and demonstrate that it is an effective long-term skin-directed therapy, which can be used either as a single agent or in combination with systemic therapy.
