Near room-temperature chemical vapor deposition of 2D SbI3 on van der Waals substrates for photodetector applications
2D SbI 3 crystals are grown by CVD at near-room temperature on van der Waals substrates. The SbI 3 -modified monolayer WS 2 photodetector exhibits a notable enhancement in photocurrent by two orders of magnitude, as compared to pristine WS 2 devices.
