THE SPECIFICS OF RURAL COMMUNITIES AND RURAL ECONOMIES

In relation to Russian conditions, the specifics and dialectical unity of rural communities and rural economy are revealed. The principles of their effective interaction are formulated. There is a high interest in the preservation and development of the existing rural settlement infrastructure of small forms of rural economy and a low interest of large business. The article shows the synergy of interests of the state, rural economy and rural communities, generating diverse effects and public benefits. The conclusion is made about the necessity and socio-economic and environmental expediency of state regulation and support of rural communities and rural economies, which ensures their sustainable development and brings many benefits to the country and its citizens.
