Sustainable Family Medicine Obstetrics as a Safety Net for Marginalized Low Resource Communities 2005–2022: The Impact of Expanded Training and Office Redesign
This model provides a framework for retaining obstetric services in low-resource, marginalized communities. Independence from hospital control allowed expansion of service which increased access and quality at lower cost.
