Stability Analysis of Optical Storage Micro-Grid System
Photovoltaic-storage integrated micro-grid, as a novel power system, plays a critical role in advancing energy transition through stable operation. Photovoltaic (PV) units are inherently affected by stochastic fluctuations in solar irradiance, leading to non-steady-state power output characteristics, which may cause grid-connected power regulation imbalance and significant harmonic distortion risks. This study establishes a DC-bus-based coordinated architecture for integrating PV and energy storage into the AC grid, utilizing PWM converters to achieve parallel configuration of PV arrays and storage units with bidirectional energy management. A simulation model is developed on the Matlab/Simulink platform to evaluate voltage fluctuation rates, current distortion rates, and harmonic characteristics under both normal and fault conditions after grid connection. Experimental results validate the stability of the hybrid system during grid-tied operation and confirm the feasibility of the proposed control strategy.
