Eventlink -An Efficient Event Registration with QR Codes

Traditional event management relies on manual processes, leading to errors, data loss, and inefficient payment verification, often through services like Google Pay. Participants frequently provide incomplete information, and organizers must manually verify transaction IDs, which is time-consuming and error-prone. Paper-based records are vulnerable to loss and damage, while manual check-in causes delays. We propose a decentralized application (Dapp) using blockchain and SHA-256 hashed QR codes with timestamps, ensuring secure, tamper-proof registration and payment verification. The system provides an immutable record of transactions and includes a real-time analytics dashboard, improving event management accuracy and efficiency.
