Personal Stylist Using Computer Vision and Large Language Models
As the world becomes more connected every day through social media, people are increasingly concerned about their external appearance. People are becoming increasingly fashion-conscious and seek to upgrade their presence by carefully selecting their outfits. While social media and online resources can be helpful, they lack the personalized advice that a stylist provides. Despite this interest in fashion, many individuals do not seek guidance from a human stylist due to inconvenience and cost. This system seeks to bridge that gap by developing an application that replicates the role of a human stylist while avoiding the drawbacks of meeting an actual fashion expert. It proposes a system that simulates the experience of consulting a personal stylist. The application automatically assesses your body type, proportions, physical features, etc., using computer vision and also gathering additional information through text input from the user. The system analyses which clothing style and type would be the most suitable for each user, based on the gathered features. It utilizes a large language model to interact with the user enhancing overall satisfaction. As fashion trends constantly evolve and change over time, the system updates itself with newer parameters. The application can suggest potential outfits, evaluate users' current outfits, provide general advice, and help users make more informed decisions. It will also track what users have worn over time, offering insights based on this data. Additionally, it analyses factors such as body type, ethnicity, and skin tone to provide tailored suggestions derived from the data acquired through the Computer Vision API
