Autonomous-Vehicle-to-Grid Control Model and Framework Based on Electricity-Carbon Co-Optimization
Against the backdrop of increasing deployment of autonomous vehicles (AVs) and the imperative low-carbon transition of power grids, this paper proposes a vehicle-to-grid (V2G) model and a framework featuring electricity-carbon coordinated optimization, specifically designed for autonomous vehicles. Firstly, a novel vehicle charging/discharging control model based on model predictive control (MPC) is presented, and the simulation demonstrate its effectiveness in increasing the co-benefits of electricity and carbon while keeping the battery well-charged. Then, a novel framework of autonomous-vehicle-to-grid (AV2G) is designed to promote the consumption of new energy and achieve coordinated optimization of electric power and carbon emission.
