Dynamic Accounting Method and System Research on Carbon Emissions During Ultra-High Voltage Projects Construction Process
UHV projects occupy a key position in the power transmission system. A large amount of carbon emissions will be generated during their construction. It is necessary to calculate and evaluate the carbon emissions during the construction of UHV projects to promote the low-carbon green transformation of projects. This paper proposes a dynamic carbon emission accounting model during the construction of UHV projects. First, the carbon emission boundaries and sources of carbon emissions during the construction of UHV projects are clarified, and a carbon emission accounting method for production, transportation, and construction processes is constructed based on the process life cycle assessment model. Then, based on the carbon emission Different data collection methods were used to release the data list, and a unified carbon emission accounting unit management system and carbon emission data accounting forms for application scenarios were constructed at the same time. Finally, a dynamic carbon emission accounting system for the UHV project construction process was designed and built, and system development and experimental verification were completed. The research results show that the dynamic carbon emission accounting method and system for the construction of UHV projects proposed in this paper can classify and calculate and statistically analyze the carbon emissions of each link, further improving the accuracy and timeliness of carbon emission accounting in the construction of UHV projects, and can provide carbon emission data analysis and carbon reduction decision support for the construction of UHV projects, so as to achieve the implementation of the “dual carbon” goals.
