Research on Multi-Scenario Applications of Self-Crosslinked Insulating Photovoltaic Cables
To address the limitations of traditional land photovoltaic cables-specifically rodent damage and performance degradation in long-term water-surface operation-a novel multi-scenario photovoltaic cable has been developed. This cable utilizes self-developed silane-natural-crosslinked polyolefin insulation and sheathing materials, which exceed standard electrical, mechanical, and environmental requirements while providing enhanced resistance to rodents, crushing, water immersion, salt spray corrosion, and mold growth. These advancements ensure reliable photovoltaic system performance in complex terrestrial and aquatic environments.
