Industrial Processes Modeled with Petri Nets

This paper provides three Petri Nets models used in industrial processes. The Petri Nets have many application areas, but these models are with applications from the industrial domain (cement industry, bikes manufacturing and sweets branch). Based on the mathematical model, the simulation models were developed. As a consequence of the analysis, the models have been validated.

Abstract

This paper provides three Petri Nets models used in industrial processes. The Petri Nets have many application areas, but these models are with applications from the industrial domain (cement industry, bikes manufacturing and sweets branch). Based on the mathematical model, the simulation models were developed. As a consequence of the analysis, the models have been validated.
