Development of Intelligent Thermal Power Plant Data Acquisition Platform Based on Transport Driver Interface
The paper mainly focuses on the platform development and design for the problem of untimely real-time data acquisition and incomplete storage in the production process of thermal power plants. Firstly, according to the hardware facilities and software environment of the thermal power plant, the communication structure, operation process, and system framework of the platform are designed, and a specific program for software development is proposed. The platform adopts Java language and is developed based on Spring Boot framework and Vue framework to realize real-time acquisition and timed storage of measurement point data of DCS and ICS in thermal power plants, and sends the data to the upper-level operation platform after further analysis and processing. The platform completes the data interaction with DCS through TDI protocol, realizes the real-time communication with an industrial Internet low-code development platform through the WebSocket protocol, completes the system integration architecture, improves the overall performance of the system, and provides more convenient and effective support for data analysis and decision-making of coal-fired power plants.
