Wind Condition Setting and Load Extraction Technology Suitable for China Climate Environment
Based on the standards of International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) and Norsk Vertship Classification Society (SRV) and the current domestic standards, combined with the characteristics of domestic environment and climate, the setting methods of normal and extreme wind conditions suitable for ground tests were studied. Based on the new characteristics of the power system, such as low inertia, weak grid and wide frequency oscillation, the setting method of AC/DC power grid conditions is studied, and the new normal and fault operation scenarios of power grid are constructed. Based on wind conditions and power grid operation characteristics in different regions, the combination mode of extreme wind conditions, mechanical and electrical fault conditions is studied, the load characteristics and design boundary conditions of extreme conditions are formed, and the load parameter set of the system is constructed.
