Iot-Enabled Electric Shock Prevention Device with Heartbeat Monitoring and Location Tracking

Electric shocks pose a significant risk to human safety, leading to severe injuries or fatalities in industrial, commercial, and residential settings where electrical systems are in constant use. Despite existing safety measures, accidental contact with live electrical components, ground faults, and insulation failures continue to be common causes of electrocution. Current preventive mechanisms, such as circuit breakers and ground fault interrupters, may not always provide realtime protection or address personal safety effectively. There is a need for a more proactive, user- friendly solution that can detect potential shock hazards in real time and immediately mitigate risks to protect human life. The proposed electric shock prevention device integrates multiple safety mechanisms, including realtime voltage and current sensing, ground fault detection, and insulation monitoring. It is equipped with automatic disconnection features that cut off power when a potential shock risk is detected. The system also incorporates warning alerts, both visual and auditory, to inform users of imminent danger.
