Smart Monitoring and Control Techniques for Power Factor Correction Systems
Power Factor Correction (PFC) functions as an essential method to enhance electrical efficiency because it deters reactive power losses as well as improves energy optimization. The introduced IoT-based PFC system controls capacitor banks by a Blynk App for real-time power factor supervision and automatic switching operations as well as remote power factor control functionality. The system controls capacitance values according to reactive power requirements to keep power factor close to unity. Users gain access to straightforward functionality within the Blynk Application which allows them to assess power factor levels and establish boundaries and receive alerts and schedule predictive servicing that minimizes operator involvement and strengthens system dependability. Additional automation of PFC technology enables businesses to achieve power cost savings and better system efficiency and voltage enhancement. The system provides historical data assessment and artificial intelligence diagnostics which enhance both predictive decision capabilities and adjustment measures. The system also provides load forecasting capabilities that enables businesses to enhance their power factor correction optimization throughout time. The modern smart energy management system functions according to digital energy planning to promote sustainability and create advanced power distribution networks. Using Blynk App technology to implement IoT for automated PFC establishes an affordable system that optimizes energy consumption while maintaining reliability in industrial commercial power management operations. The solution enhances both energy efficiency and system efficiency to deliver better power quality to businesses that contribute to global electrification toward sustainable infrastructure.
